Gateway to Moravian winemaking
The Veritas guesthouse is located on the outskirts of the picturesque wine-growing village of Vranovice, just 30 km south of Brno, in the landscape where the Jihlava and Svratka rivers meet. Vranovice is rightly considered the gateway to the unique Moravian wine-growing region. In the immediate vicinity are the Pálava Protected Landscape Area, the Novomlýnské reservoirs and the famous archaeological site in Dolní Věstonice.
Five cycle paths pass through the village, including the famous international route Brno–Vienna, making Vranovice a popular destination for cycling enthusiasts. Thanks to the Brno–Vienna railway corridor, transport to the village is also convenient and fast – no matter where you are coming from.
The Veritas guesthouse is open all year round and offers ideal facilities for cyclists, families with children and anyone looking for relaxation in the beautiful countryside below Pálava.
The guesthouse includes a spacious restaurant with a capacity of 60 seats, a bar and a separate children's playroom, which is also open to the public. We offer a lockable and guarded bicycle storage, free Wi-Fi, an air-conditioned wine cellar, a modern wine cellar with the possibility of guided tastings, a camera-guarded parking lot right next to the building and an outdoor seating area with a grill.
Our helpful and friendly staff will take care of your satisfaction.
Come and relax with us, enjoy the beauty of South Moravia and experience an atmosphere that you will remember for a long time. We will be happy to welcome you!
